The new app, Birds: America's 50 Most Beautiful, features over 200 images showcasing the beauty and grace of America's birds. Images include males and females as well as winter plumages of many of the species.

Birds selected include popular common species such as the American Goldfinch and Northern Cardinal, lesser-known species such as the Elegant Trogon and Harlequin Duck, as well as the to-be-expected Painted Bunting and Wood Duck.

Each image was carefully selected from the portfolios of well-known bird photographers Glenn Bartley, Sam Crowe, and Greg Lavaty.

More than just a portfolio of great images, the Most Beautiful Birds app features a complete profile of each species, including description, behavior, nesting information and range maps. Many people will enjoy the songs and calls provided for each bird.
